We’re seeking a versatile, hands-on Salesforce Administrator to play a foundational role in scaling our go-to-market systems. This position operates as a strategic and technical expert across our commercial tech stack, combining day-to-day Salesforce administration with long-term platform stewardship and cross-functional enablement, with hands-on fluency across platforms.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and usability of our Salesforce Sales Cloud and connected tools (e.g., Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot). In this role, you’ll blend system administration, architecture, and business analysis, ensuring our entire GTM stack supports lead-to-cash processes with accuracy, scalability, and best practices.
This position partners closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing Ops, Business Transformation, and IT to drive platform stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement in support of seller and business outcomes.
 

Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Platform Governance

  • Lead day-to-day Salesforce administration, including role and profile management, user provisioning, object permissions, and data model alignment.

  • Define and implement a robust administrative governance model across GtM systems.

  • Maintain customer and account hierarchies in alignment with business structure and sales territories.

Lead-to-Cash Enablement

  • Translate business needs into scalable system workflows that align to key selling motions: lead management, opportunity management (e.g., MEDDIC), forecasting, pipeline visibility, deal desk, and compensation workflows.

  • Serve as a systems integrator across lead, account, opportunity, quote, and cash functions, ensuring smooth handoffs and traceability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Marketing Ops on campaign and lead workflows; ensure martech-to-CRM data integrity and routing logic.

  • Partner with Business Transformation and IT on feature roadmap, system enhancements, and break/fix prioritization.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure process alignment and data consistency across lifecycle stages.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design and maintain dashboards that support decision-making at all levels (reps, managers, execs).

  • Ensure BI outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned to GTM strategy and KPIs.

Tech Stack Ownership:

  • Act as functional administrator and systems decision-maker in partnership with IT for connected tools (e.g., Gong, ZoomInfo, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot).

  • Ensure integrations and data flows support sales workflows and reporting accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or architecture, particularly in Sales Cloud environments.

  • Additional cloud experience such as Revenue Cloud or similar CPQ and CLM offerings (Salesforce CPQ, Apttus, Conga), plus marketing automation experience a plus

  • Strong working knowledge of the B2B SaaS lead-to-cash lifecycle.

  • Experience managing and integrating third-party GTM tools (e.g., Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LeanData), and upstream martech capabilities such as Hubspot.

  • Proven ability to manage technical projects from requirements gathering to implementation.

  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to documentation, data quality and process optimization.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), particularly in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas for data modeling.

Base Salary Range

$104,000.00 - $156,000.00

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
