Job Summary
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is an integral role on the GTM -Sales Operations team. The role contributes to the growth and expansion of the CRO function at Imprivata. This role is highly visible and key to driving critical strategic initiatives for the sales organization. As a Senior Analyst, you will turn ambiguous problems into actionable solutions. This role is responsible for identify opportunities, align across cross-functional stakeholders, conduct data analytics, bookings forecasting, pipeline analysis, deal structuring and partnering with sales leadership.

This position offers a total compensation range of $131,800.00 to $141,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Drives weekly forecast calls and top deal data collection, assisting management in assessing risk and upside in deals and overall forecast.
- Provides review on Sales KPIs including forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, deal progression, services attach rate, and bookings linearity.
- Focus on Pipeline analysis, key drivers, Sales coverage and driving higher conversions.
- Focus on data and modelling to drive improvements in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
- Provide insights on sales trends and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Drive the development and maintenance of comprehensive sales performance reports and dashboards with Salesforce, using advanced analytics and visualization techniques.
- Build positive relationships and establish trust with business partners and cross-functional teams, partnering closely to comprehend their needs and align solutions with business priorities.
- Proactively monitors and drives system clean up efforts to ensure quality and data accuracy of supporting sales data.
- Annual planning - driving key initiatives and planning for topline for new financial year."
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years' experience in Sales Operations.
- Excellent forecasting skills/experience.
- Proven problem-solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets.
- Experience in Salesforce Report and Dashboard creation.
- Ability to partner and build relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
