The Senior Sales Director is an individual contributor role focused on driving new business and expansion sales. This role involves engaging senior stakeholders at large enterprise organizations, within the competitive intelligence, strategy, and market research functions.

Success in this position requires the ability to present a compelling point of view to senior level executives while effectively addressing the needs of functional-level influencers and decision makers. You must excel at both strategic and tactical sales execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a new business territory of large enterprise prospects, leading the full sales cycle from initial discovery to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to drive lead generation and prospecting efforts.
  • Partner with Customer Success to tailor solution demonstrations and deliver customized proposals that align with prospect needs.
  • Provide internal feedback on platform features and enhancements based on prospect insights and requirements.
  • Be a thought partner to identify new approaches to increase sales productivity and outcomes.

 Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of solution sales experience, successfully managing and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • New Business Expertise: 5+ years of proven success in new business sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience selling to multiple stakeholders, including senior executives, within Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Sales Skills: Strong consultative sales expertise in a SaaS/Cloud environment, demonstrating business acumen, executive presence, and full-cycle sales capabilities.
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel as required for prospect meetings and industry events.

Job Type: Full-time. 

Work Location: Remote within the US. (Preference for Eastern Standard Time Zone)

Base Salary Range: $130,000 USD – $150,000 USD depending on qualifications and years of experience.


This position is eligible for commission in addition to the base salary of between $78,000 and $90,000. The actual amount will vary and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the commission plan.
