As a fast-growing company striving to make a difference every day, we are seeking a technically driven Sr. Applications Engineer to support the growth and adoption of our AI enabled vision inspection and vision guided robotic platforms across global manufacturing sectors. Oxipital AI serves a broad range of discrete and process manufacturing industries where visual intelligence, precision inspection, and robotic automation deliver measurable value. Key verticals include Food & Beverage Manufacturing (contamination detection and AI-guided sorting), Consumer Goods & Industrial Packaging, Life Sciences Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, and Advanced Electronics.

  • Translate customer needs into clear technical specifications and collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Lead technical presentations, demos, and PoC projects for potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical results documentation and ROI analyses for prospective clients.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites for demos, training, and technical discussions.
  • Manage large-scale capital equipment and robotics projects from concept through delivery, developing detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies while coordinating communication between Oxipital AI, integrator partners, and key customer stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project execution, facilitating clear, proactive communication between customers, integrators, and internal leadership to ensure expectations, deliverables, and technical requirements are fully aligned
  • Provide transparent project progress updates and milestone reporting to Oxipital AI senior management, identifying potential risks or delays early and proposing actionable solutions to maintain delivery commitments.
  • Play a foundational role in shaping and scaling Oxipital AI’s future Project Management function, including developing standardized workflows, documentation practices, and project governance models that will support the company’s growth and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide technical details for compelling marketing materials — including case studies, application notes, and demo content that highlight technical capabilities and customer value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years experience with machine vision or robotics.
  • Strong understanding of image processing and machine learning.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical projects at once.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
