Job Description

This role can be based in our Washington DC, New York, NY or Boston, MA office.

The Senior Revenue Operations Business Analyst is a key member of the Revenue Analytics branch within the Revenue Operations organization. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing scalable sales reporting frameworks and KPI’s that drive predictable revenue & bookings growth. The ideal candidate blends advanced analytical expertise with business strategy acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills, turning data into insights and insights into action. 

In this role you will play a pivotal role in evolving how our go-to-market teams operate by taking the lead on existing analytical frameworks, introducing new frameworks, collaborating on process improvements, and influencing strategies across the organization. It will do that by delivering actionable insights and forecasts through data governance, reporting, and predictive analytics. 

Areas of responsibility

  • Tool & Systems Strategy: Collaborate on the design and implementation of GTM tools (CRM, BI platforms, automation software) that enable rep productivity, accurate reporting, and data-driven decision-making.  

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the connective tissue between Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams. Ensure strategy alignment, efficient handoffs, and clear data flows across systems. 

  • Business Translation & Solution Design: Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating strategic requirements into scalable systems and process enhancements. 

  • Change Management & Adoption: Support user acceptance testing, documentation, and rollout support to ensure smooth adoption of analytics provided by our branch. 

  • Process Optimization: Partner cross-functionally to scope, design, and implement Salesforce and related solutions across multiple tools and departments. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Strategy. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, macros) and BI platforms such as Tableau 

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and sales KPIs 

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, data structures, and/or Flow automations) preferred; SQL or equivalent data query experience a plus. 

  • Proven ability to translate complex data and business requirements into clear insights and actionable recommendations. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams. 

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

  • A systems thinker who thrives in building structure, scalability, and efficiency across complex GTM ecosystems to produce meaningful analytics that help transform the business.

The salary range for this role is $85K- $114K/YR based on experience.
