Role:
As a Quantitative Senior Research Manager - Advanced Analytics, you will apply advanced analytical and statistical techniques to primary research datasets and partner closely with ARC researchers to interpret complex findings. You will act as a technical and analytical specialist, supporting the design, execution, and interpretation of advanced quantitative methodologies.
Candidates for this position should be comfortable working with complex datasets, applying statistical judgment, and translating analytical outputs into clear research implications.
Key responsibilities include:
Apply advanced quantitative analytical techniques to primary research datasets
Execute and interpret methodologies such as MaxDiff, Conjoint / Choice-Based Conjoint, Segmentation, and Regression analysis
Support experimental design and analytical planning for advanced quantitative studies
Analyze and interpret survey data to identify patterns, relationships, and trade-offs in respondent behavior
Sense-check analytical outputs, validate model results, and assess methodological robustness
Collaborate effectively with various cross-functional teams across multiple, simultaneous projects and with external clients
Translate advanced analytical results into clear observations and implications for ARC researchers and consulting teams
Advise on methodological choices, limitations, and analytical feasibility during study design and execution
Partner with data processing, scripting, and visualization teams to ensure analytical integrity across the research lifecycle
Contribute to development of analytical standards, templates, and best practices within ARC
Support mentoring and upskilling of junior analysts on advanced analytics techniques
Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying at the forefront of data and analytics in the financial services domain
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in quantitative market research, analytics, or a related research role (research agency experience is a plus)
Strong hands-on experience with advanced quantitative methodologies (e.g. conjoint, segmentation, max/diff, Bayesian network, TURF modeling, etc...) and in building statistical models
Proficiency with analytical and research tools such as SPSS, R, DisplayR, and Sawtooth
Strong understanding of survey-based research design and primary data structures
Ability to interpret complex analytical outputs and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting multi-market or regional studies is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline; Master's degree is a plus
