Use ServiceTitan and other reporting tools to monitor lead generation, booked calls, conversion, revenue and overall marketing performance

Track marketing performance and ROAS and make recommendations based on the data

Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and shift dollars toward stronger-performing channels and opportunities

Lead monthly and quarterly marketing KPI and scorecard reviews with business and marketing leadership

Identify trends, gaps and opportunities across individual businesses and the overall region

Develop marketing strategies to support underperforming locations, including digital campaigns, outbound calling, promotions, offers and pricing initiatives

Take ownership of strategic initiatives such as memberships, cross-selling, customer retention and other growth opportunities

Lead and support regional Marketing Manager(s)

Manage and partner with outside marketing agencies

Help newly acquired businesses transition into Sila’s regional marketing structure and best practices

Partner with the broader Marketing team on website content, social media, advertising, creative, offers, messaging and lead-nurturing strategies

Travel to New England businesses approximately 10–20% of the time

What You Must Have

5+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on lead generation and measurable revenue growth

Marketing experience within the residential home services industry, including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or a closely related in-home services business

Hands-on ServiceTitan experience

Strong understanding of how marketing drives calls, booked appointments, leads and revenue within a home services business

Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring performance and ROAS

Experience across both digital and traditional marketing channels

Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and action

Experience working directly with General Managers, operations leaders or other business leaders

Ability to manage multiple brands, markets, priorities and deadlines at the same time

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and move quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field

Before You Apply

This is not a general marketing position. We are specifically looking for someone who has worked in marketing within the home services industry and understands the connection between marketing activity, inbound leads, booked calls, conversion and revenue.

ServiceTitan experience is required for this position.

Why Sila Services?

Sila Services is one of the fastest-growing residential home services platforms in the country, supporting HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical businesses across multiple markets.

We are growing quickly through both organic growth and acquisitions, and marketing plays a major role in that growth.

This is an opportunity to own marketing for an important region, work directly with business leaders and have a measurable impact across multiple brands.

If you have home services marketing experience, know ServiceTitan and love figuring out how to generate more leads and revenue, we’d love to talk to you.
