Close same-day sales, offer financing, maintain strong conversion rates, coordinate with technicians and installation teams, document estimates in ServiceTitan, and follow up on open proposals. The role includes uncapped commission and requires evening and weekend availability.

Lead regional marketing strategy and execution for multiple residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical brands across New England. Manage budgets, digital and traditional campaigns, lead generation, ROAS, conversion tracking, KPI reviews, agencies, and marketing managers. Partner with regional and business leaders to improve underperforming locations, support acquisitions, and drive calls, booked appointments, customer retention, memberships, cross-selling, and revenue growth.

The Outside Sales Representative will conduct in-home consultations, present HVAC products, maintain a customer pipeline, and exceed sales goals. Exceptional customer service and HVAC experience are essential.
