General Summary and Purpose:

Senior Regional Director is the responsible for representing Victory Capital & Victory Shares and Solutions Strategies (mutual funds, ETFs and SMAs) withing the RIA Market Segment. The Sr. Regional Director a Wealth Advisor Specialist will provide technical information on the products they represent. Demonstrating a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, financial markets and industry related topics. The Sr. Regional Director will also act as a consultant in the areas of practice management and portfolio construction. In field sales responsibilities are to drive Victory Product and improve Growth Rate and New Flows for VCM assets under management, which are primarily forces on the Registered Investments Advisors Channel (RIA Channel)

You Will:Develop collaborative quarterly business plans for their region around meeting each of the following objectives:
  • Representing VCM mutual funds, ETFs & SMAs to advisors knowledgeably and effectively so that advisors can clearly identify the benefits of the products relative to their competitors.
  • Sharing business building ideas and strategies with financial advisors.
  • Providing expert perspective in client meetings.
  • Offering and coordinating client marketing assistance to advisors (i.e., client and prospect seminars).
  • Providing advisors technical information
  • Work closely with other business partners to align activities and plans for the given region and its advisors

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

  • Strong project management and selling skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to drive to his/her objectives relatively autonomously
  • Excellent listening skills with a natural inclination to focus on customer needs
  • Knowledge of the equity and fixed income markets as well as asset allocation strategies
  • High level of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics

Track activities and maintain contact information & interaction in CRM

You Have:
  • The candidate should have 5 + years in the Investments industry, & and 3-5+ years of wholesaling experience.
  • Required licenses: Series 7 and Series 63/65 or 66.
  • Designations: CIMA / CFA
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Some U.S. Travel will be required
  • Candidate must reside in assigned geographic territory

Target Compensation:

Excellent listening skills with a natural inclination to focus on customer need $130,000 - $150,000
