The Talent Acquisition Team is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter. In this role you will identify, engage, and attract top level talent. The Senior Recruiter will own the full cycle talent acquisition process able to integrate market insights into their work to help inform and drive sourcing and hiring decisions. You will identify and cultivate internal and external talent pipelines and be a strategic consultant to business leaders and People Team colleagues. 

You Will:

  • Manage full-lifecycle recruitment by ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives to attract top talent.

  • Attend All Hands/Town Halls hosted by business units to stay informed on priorities, updates, and evolving hiring needs.

  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to build a diverse, high-quality candidate pipeline by sourcing candidates from a variety of channels, including online job boards, internal databases, employee referrals, networking, career fairs, and more.

  • Leverage market insights platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to make data-driven decisions and improve the recruitment process.

  • Proactively manage relationships with hiring managers by providing consultative support throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle

  • Act as a strategic partner with Business Leaders and People Business Partners to establish plans, determine strategies, and provide solutions

  • Promote the Dow Jones brand via social media engagement and attending networking events and career fairs

  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in the industry and talent landscape, staying current on hiring trends and best practices.

  • Drive special projects that enhance the Talent Acquisition function and align to Head of Talent Acquisition’s goals

You Have:

  • Minimum 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience 

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a recruiter role

  • Demonstrated ability to pivot and work on requisitions across multiple business units

  • Proficiency with Workday or comparable ATS system

  • Change agent, comfortable with ambiguity, in a fast paced business environment.  

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment acting as a strategic partner 

  • Proactive communications and problem solving

  • Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands

  • Experience maintaining industry awareness and market intelligence:

    • Hiring  and compensation trends, competitive intelligence

Pay Range: 100,000 - 125,000
