Why you’re here:

As a Senior Proposal Coordinator, you are a strategic partner in driving Unispace’s growth by leading the creation of high-impact, winning proposals. You will own complex and high-value pursuits (RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, sales enablement collateral), translating client needs into compelling narratives that showcase our unique value. In this role you will work closely with the Pursuits Lead, the sales team, and senior stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact to ensure our pursuits strategies are executed flawlessly and align with broader business objectives.


What you’re responsible for:

· Lead the end-to-end process for complex and strategic proposals, RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, ensuring all responses are timely, client-centric, and compliant.

· Serve as the central coordinator for major pursuits efforts, collaborating with business development, technical experts, and leadership to align on win strategies.

· Develop sophisticated and persuasive pursuits narratives that effectively articulate our value proposition and differentiate us from competitors.

· Design and produce high-impact visuals and layouts for proposals and presentations, ensuring a polished and professional look.

· Partner with marketing and regional leaders to create strategic collateral, including in-depth case studies and thought leadership content.

· Maintain and update collateral including project case studies, capability statements, and staff resumes to ensure accuracy and relevance.

How we’ll measure it:

· Successful delivery of high-quality, complex proposals that are compliant, on time, and strategically aligned.

· Demonstrated ability to lead pursuit teams and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.

· Positive feedback from leadership and business development on the quality of proposal strategy and execution.

· Measurable improvements in the quality and impact of proposal content and visuals.

· Well-maintained and strategically robust library of marketing and proposal collateral.

You’re skills & experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· 5-7 years of relevant experience in the A/E/C industry or professional services environment.

· Proven ability to lead complex proposal efforts and manage multiple high-stakes deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with a talent for transforming technical information into persuasive, client-focused narratives.

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and the broader Adobe Creative Suite, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.

· Experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is highly desirable.

· A keen eye for graphic design and detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
