We are seeking a Senior Program Delivery Manager to lead high-impact programs for enterprise clients in a dynamic client-vendor IT services environment. This role focuses on driving digital transformation with an emphasis on personalization, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making across martech, telecom, and enterprise technology initiatives. You will coordinate delivery across global teams and serve as a strategic liaison for executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Work 2–3 days per week onsite at the client location to support delivery execution, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring outcomes are aligned with KPIs, OKRs, timelines, and quality standards
- Manage global, cross-functional teams across India and US time zones, maintaining strong communication and execution rhythm
- Oversee program governance: execution, capacity planning, estimation, risk management, and cadence-based reporting (QBRs, MBRs)
- Act as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders, aligning program outcomes with business goals
- Manage and monitor delivery metrics such as budget tracking, resource utilization, forecasting, and financial performance using Jira, and similar tools.
- Support digital experimentation and personalization efforts including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and CRO strategy implementation
- Partner with design, analytics, and product teams to deliver tailored, data-driven user experiences
- Coordinate delivery in compliance with SOWs, MSAs, and commercial constructs
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and best practices to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement
- Deliver projects and differentiated client outcomes in areas involving personalization, CRO, AB testing, and experience optimization.
- What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in IT services or consulting, focused on program and delivery management
- Experience leading large-scale programs in digital transformation, martech, and/or telecom industries
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency, with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate strategy, experience design, and analytics teams across complex programs.
- Strong understanding of personalization strategies, CRO methodologies, and A/B or multivariate testing tools and frameworks
- Proven ability to manage distributed delivery teams across global time zones
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation
- Understanding and adaptability to the dynamics of a vendor–client delivery environment
- Proficiency with delivery and reporting tools like Jira, Confluence, and similar tools.
- Strong familiarity with Agile and iterative delivery models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across technical and executive audiences
- Ability to synthesize data and analytics into meaningful insights that drive delivery and optimization decisions
