About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Delivery & Program Manager to lead large-scale programs and delivery operations in a client-vendor IT services environment.
This individual will operate in fast-paced, high-stakes client contexts — with a strong focus on digital transformation across telecom, martech, and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery and program execution across global clients, ensuring delivery KPIs, OKRs, timelines, and quality benchmarks are met.
- Lead cross-functional, distributed teams across India and US time zones with strong coordination and communication cadence.
- Manage full program governance: setup, execution, and reporting (QBRs, MBRs), including demand planning, estimation, capacity, and risk.
- Drive strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to executive clients.
- Navigate and manage SOWs, MSAs, and vendor relationships in a commercial, compliance-driven context.
- Execute change management and continuous improvement within client environments.
- Engage in hands-on management of smaller initiatives or pilot programs to accelerate impact.
- Monitor and manage P&L, resource forecasting, utilization, and delivery metrics using modern tooling (e.g., Jira, Power BI, Smartsheet).
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in IT Services/Outsourcing in a delivery/program management capacity.
- Proven track record in Telecom, Martech, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in working with global delivery teams, especially India-US alignment.
- Deep experience managing complex client relationships, shifting priorities, and executive expectations.
- Familiarity with program governance, risk management, and reporting structures.
- Solid understanding of contractual frameworks (SOWs/MSAs) and vendor ecosystems.
- High ownership, bias for action, and the ability to operate with limited direction.
