Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Senior Program Manager located at Hanscom AFB, MA in support of CROWS to support various program management initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting CROWS leadership in the management of projects/programs within cost, schedule and performance baselines;
  • Collaborating with CROWS management, team leads, program office representatives, and extended team to prepare for periodic working group meetings and leadership/strategic meetings;
  • Assisting with DoD and DAF program/project analysis including the planning and organizing of program/project activities;
  • Assisting with reviewing and establishing policies and guidance;
  • Working with team leads, cyber focus teams, and team members to update action plans with current required actions or prioritizations;
  • Maintaining the five-year budget and schedules and ensure consistency with the CROWS action plans;
  • Assisting in development of strategic briefings to be presented to senior leaders including AFLCMC/CC, SAF/AQ, AFLCMC/FM, and CROWS leadership;
  • Planning and supporting telecommunications and meetings with internal and external organizations;
  • Supporting CROWS leadership with management of the CROWS requirements management process flow;
  • Managing CROWS monthly activity reports, year-in-review reports, history reports, quad charts, and other reports;
  • Managing the CROWS workflow box;
  • Preparing, reviewing, and updating CROWS operating instructions
  • Maintaining CROWS action items tracker for key meetings;
  • Supporting CROWS meetings and tracking action items from meetings;
  • Maintaining lessons learned documentation to ensure continuous improvement;
  • Providing support to CROWS leadership when requested.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements

  • Must be US Citizen
  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • Experience in USAF weapon system acquisitions
  • Senior executive briefing experience
  • Project Management Certification or Training
  • BA/BS degree, 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, 15 years of directly related experience, five of which must be in the DoD
