Job Summary
The Sr. Program Manager will join our Portfolio Operations team. The Portfolio Operations group supports Imprivata Product Management teams in delivering commercially successful products by ensuring cross-functional corporate readiness for new product introductions. The team also manages efforts through the product lifecycle, providing information and insights on product performance, and optimizing processes. This role is responsible for leading projects and cross-functional teams and support communications between Product Management teams and Imprivata as a whole. This role will be hands-on addressing operational process improvements spanning people, process and technology.

This position offers a salary range of $170,000.00 to $185,000.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving cross-functional product initiatives, including defining the operational strategy and leading execution across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans specifying goals, success metrics, scheduling, identification of risks, and contingency plans.
- Steer cross-functional teams to deliver products to market.
- Track and provide regular updates on program status to stakeholders and executives.
- Drive efforts through the product lifecycle from concept exploration to product delivery to end of life.
- Support Product Management communications efforts via newsletters, review meetings, and notices.
- Support international expansion of portfolio products across strategic geographies.
- Collaborate on partner integrations and drive launch readiness activities.
- Identify areas for improved efficiency and define programs to address."
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, computer science, or related field.
- 7+ years in program management, operations, consulting, or business systems analysis.
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle; experience with data analysis (Excel or similar tools); solid technical/software background.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, implementing process improvements, and applying Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to autonomously problem-solve and have a proactive attitude.
- Capable of navigating complex, matrixed corporate environments and managing detailed technical tasks to completion.
