The Role

As a Senior Program Manager, Marketing Operations, you will own the operational engine behind our marketing ecosystem. This role will work cross functionally across Marketing, Creative, Design, Product and key stakeholders. You'll own the operational framework that ensures marketing initiatives move from roadmap to execution with clear priorities, defined timelines, actionable briefs, and seamless collaboration. You will:

  • Own end-to-end program management of marketing initiatives, translating strategy into executable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and milestones

  • Build scalable processes — intake, briefing frameworks, production timelines, and operating rhythms — that reduce ambiguity and drive consistency

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison with stakeholders, proactively maintaining visibility into priorities, calendars, and roadmaps

  • Partner with creative and studio teams to ensure briefs are complete and blockers are removed

  • Coordinate across agencies, print vendors, and production partners to keep schedules on track

You Bring
  • 8 years of experience in Program Management, Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, or a related field. Agency experience is a bonus

  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional marketing programs from planning through execution

  • Deep understanding of marketing workflows, creative production, and physical asset development

  • Familiarity with print production processes, merchandising assets, vendor management, and production timelines

  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1

  • 401(k) plan with company match

  • Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth

  • A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
