We are looking for a mission-driven Senior Program Manager to ensure all functions of our training organization work together as a well-oiled machine, and we excel in delivering outcomes to learners. You will take our business to the next level by overseeing planning processes and prioritization, coordinating the roadmap execution, ensuring timely and reliable reporting, and supporting accountable leadership across the organization.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Engage with training business functions to deeply understand course development, instructor certification, delivery operations, training partners, learning delivery platform, sales & marketing, etc.

  • Closely collaborate with leadership to manage NVIDIA Training as a product and coordinate roadmap execution across different functions, teams, and projects

  • Track projects, actions and decisions, prepare and communicate status updates, anticipate and mitigate risks, raise blockers and foster accountability

  • Analyze program performance metrics and prepare leadership reviews, gathering insights and feedback from key contributors; identify and resolve data quality issues

  • Work with engineering to align platform capabilities with business needs and assist the platform lead in sharing the roadmap with collaborators

  • Identify enhancement opportunities and triage new project requests, evaluate trade-offs and recommend prioritization decisions

  • Develop, document and own planning processes, solicit input and secure buy-in from stakeholders across NVIDIA’s product, marketing, and sales teams

  • Develop relationships across the company to broaden transparency for the value of training and surface opportunities for teamwork

  • Personally lead individual projects, including defining the mission and requirements, prioritizing resources, managing execution

What we need to see:

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology-focused education services environment

  • Passion for education services and upskilling

  • Demonstrated experience managing sophisticated, cross-functional projects in culturally and geographically diverse environments

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills. Strong listener with ability to translate business needs into actionable guidance

  • Self-starter with a talent for navigating ambiguity. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong executive presence

  • Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and project management tools like Jira or similar

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Deep understanding of AI, 3D, and data science technologies and trends

  • Firm grasp of and vision for the education services landscape

  • Experience with using AI to automate managing program and projects

  • Experience in consulting, Chief of Staff or similar project management roles

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4, and 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
