As a Product Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in empowering the product team with data and actionable insights from various tools to help drive product adoption. Through analyzing and reporting on product usage data, the Product Operations Manager will identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the most effective ways to drive adoption of new product features. You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Implementation and Success teams to manage the intake of customer and prospect needs, as well as develop and execute strategies that optimize product operations processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase feature adoption by analyzing and reporting on product usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the most effective ways to drive adoption of new product features.
  • Develop and execute strategy to optimize how the product team intakes new feature requests from customers & existing team members
  • Create and manage a roadmap for product analytics tools such as Pendo and Uservoice, as well as other relevant tools such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Notion, Confluence and Jira.
  • Work with engineering teams to define and prioritize product analytics requirements.
  • Develop and implement a system for tracking and analyzing user feedback to inform product development decisions.
  • Manage the rollout of new product features and updates by working closely with the product, CX, Engineering teams.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize product operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

What We Look For: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product operations or product management roles, ideally in an early stage startup environment
  • Experience implementing Product Analytics tools such as Pendo to track Product Adoption, Customer Success metrics.
  • Experience implementing Product intake status management processes using tools such as Uservoice to capture customer feedback and link to Product Roadmap
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Needed: 

  • Technical Abilities:
    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
    • Write basic SQL queries, understand database structures and join tables to create reports
    • Understanding of SDLC and Release Management concepts
  • Communication Abilities:
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical Abilities:
    • Recognize relevant metrics to measure desirable outcomes of processes and product capabilities
    • Outline data points required to measure identified metrics
    • Create reports/use analytical tools such as Sigma and Pendo to create KPI Dashboards
