Are you an accomplished Product Marketing Manager with sector knowledge in Records Management, Document Management or Digital Archiving? Do you have experience across global markets? Are you ready to take a lead in shaping our AI-enhanced services for archives, government and regulated industries?

We are Preservica, a global leader in Active Digital Preservation, trusted by governments, archives, libraries and enterprises worldwide to safeguard critical digital information for the long term.

We are entering the next phase of platform evolution, making AI a meaningful and responsible part of our customers' work. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, who can work with our Product, Demand Generation and Sales teams to shape and promote AI-first solutions for archives and regulated industries. 

This senior individual contributor role requires tenacity, creativity and intellect to combine rapid AI desk research and real-world customer insights with deep product and competitor knowledge to create differentiated industry solutions that deliver business and ROI value impact for key persona - including business users, IT and senior stakeholders.


The Role

  • Work cross-function to develop and champion AI-first solutions for key verticals
  • Create compelling “reason to act” and ROI led value propositions for key persona
  • Develop deep vertical industry, product and competitor knowledge
  • Lead sales enablement and asset creation across the sales cycle (battlecards, playbooks, ROI calculators, security and AI governance papers and standard RFP responses)
  • Create supporting customer-facing assets – PPTs, Product Tours, webpages
  • Explore commercial and alternative pricing models
  • Evangelize and champion solution value and use cases over product features

This role requires disciplined and detailed execution as much as strategic thinking and commercial flair.

This will be a hybrid role based in Boston US working mostly from home with regular monthly office days.

Experience

  • Proven product or solution marketing experience with ownership of strategy and delivery
  • Experience in enterprise software or regulated or mandated industries preferred
  • Experience marketing into US government an advantage
  • Strong AI & Technical fluency
