About the role
Black Kite is looking for a sharp, resourceful Senior Product Marketing Manager to help us bring our products to market and tell a clear, differentiated story across channels. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic positioning with execution across messaging, launches, sales enablement, and product-focused content.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to communicate technical value to a business audience, who can support the development of compelling narratives, and who thrives in a cross-functional environment. This person will play a key role in how we show up in the market and how our GTM teams position our platform to customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Execution:

  • Develop and refine product messaging and positioning grounded in customer needs, competitive insights, and market trends
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches, working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Support product roadmap storytelling across the website, customer materials, and internal decks
  • Translate technical features into clear value propositions tailored to buyer personas
  • Partner with demand generation to ensure messaging alignment across campaigns, events, and content

Sales Enablement & Funnel Support:

  • Create and maintain customer-facing content, including datasheets, one-pagers, talk tracks, case studies, and product decks
  • Develop and manage sales tools like battlecards, FAQs, and objection-handling guides
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Sales to train GTM teams on positioning and product updates
  • Track and measure the impact of sales enablement materials across pipeline and revenue performance

Strategic Messaging & Market Influence:

  • Contribute to the corporate narrative and thought leadership positioning as part of product GTM efforts
  • Ensure messaging consistency across owned channels, including the website and sales content
  • Partner with the CMO and content team to support PR, analyst briefings, and executive communications that reinforce our product value
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor moves to help shape positioning and share insights with the team

What Success Looks Like

  • Clear, well-differentiated product messaging across core materials
  • Sales and customer-facing teams equipped with the right tools to tell the product story
  • Timely, well-executed product launches
  • A consistent brand voice across the website, social channels, and public-facing content
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration between marketing, product, and sales

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with direct experience in product marketing
  • Background in cybersecurity, risk, or enterprise technology
  • Strong writer and communicator with attention to detail
  • Experience creating content for multiple stages of the funnel, especially bottom-of-funnel materials
  • Familiarity with PR or analyst relations programs is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive

Team Vision

This role sits at the center of one of the most strategic functions at Black Kite that shapes how we bring our products to market, how we communicate value to our buyers, and how we enable teams internally to execute with clarity. You’ll report directly to the CMO and work closely with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader marketing team.
