To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, we are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager

Your Impact:

Mirakl is looking for a creative, talented, and dynamic Product Marketing expert with a passion for positioning, messaging and launching market-defining technologies to help Mirakl accelerate its leadership in the dropship and catalog management solution space. This person will sit in the Boston office and must be willing to come into the office 3 times per week.

The person in this role is going to be responsible for our Catalog Platform product, one of our latest additions, and will work in close collaboration with our Product and Business teams to define our positioning and messaging, and with Marketing to find innovative ways of generating demand for this product. This is an exciting space that is at the center of eCommerce AI applications, and the Product Marketer in this role is going to be expected to keep up with trends, research customer needs, refine positioning and product categorization to always be relevant in the market. 

As a Senior individual contributor reporting into the Director of Product Marketing, this is a highly visible and collaborative role with substantial accountability and scope. You will work closely with your Product Management peers to define positioning for our Catalog Platform solutions for both well-established and emerging use cases across B2B and B2C industries, develop differentiated messaging, and creative ways to illustrate core value propositions which will have material impact on the growth of Mirakl’s business. While the core focus of this role is going to be on our Catalog Platform product, depending on business priorities it might occasionally extend to more product areas too. 

What You Will Do:

  • Product Strategy Development: Collaborate closely with Product Management to gain a deep understanding of the product, aligning its capabilities with market requirements. Support the Product Management team in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap.
  • Market Analysis and Positioning: Continuously analyze market trends, customer insights, and Mirakl deals to refine and enhance product positioning. Keep in touch with key analysts in our space by briefing them on our product suite’s capabilities and evolution. 
  • Content and Messaging: Craft compelling narratives and marketing materials that highlight the unique value propositions of Mirakl’s solutions, such as blog articles, customer stories and more. 
  • Product Launch Leadership: Spearhead the launch strategy, planning and execution of new products and features withing scope, and ensure alignment across global markets.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales and customer success teams with the tools and knowledge necessary to effectively sell and support our products, including pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and more.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to drive product awareness and adoption, fostering an environment of teamwork and shared goals.

What Mirakl is Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Professional Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in Product Marketing within the Software space.
  • Industry Acumen: Robust understanding of eCommerce software and experience managing product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the skill to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and via different channels (decks, emails, live presentations,...).
  • Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to drive strategy and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Cultural and Market Insight: Experience working with diverse teams across multiple geographies, understanding various cultural dynamics and market conditions.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in eCommerce environments with a deep understanding of cloud-based technologies.
  • Proven track record of contributing to significant business growth through effective product marketing.
  • Experience engaging with industry analysts and influencers is advantageous.
