You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING – THIS ROLE IS NOT:

  •  a Product Manager role; there is no ownership of product roadmap, feature delivery, or sprint management in this position.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who treats online reviews as one component of a broader third-party proof and influence strategy. In this role, you’ll own how ZoomInfo shows up across trusted external domains including review platforms, comparison sites, analyst peer forums, and other authoritative third-party sources that shape buyer trust and AI-driven discovery.

This role is critical to our AI Optimization (AIO) strategy, ensuring customer voice and third-party validation consistently reinforce ZoomInfo’s leadership across both human decision-making and AI-generated answers. You’ll combine customer insight, domain strategy, and advanced AI capabilities to scale impact and stay ahead of how trust signals are evolving.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and execute ZoomInfo’s strategy for third-party domain brand presence in support of AI Optimization (AIO), spanning online reviews, comparison platforms, and other authoritative external sources.
  • Own and scale online review programs across platforms such as G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, Gartner Peer Insights, and emerging category sites.
  • Identify, prioritize, and influence high-impact third-party domains that shape AI understanding of our category, credibility, and differentiation.
  • Partner with SEO, Brand, Communications, Product Marketing, and Advocacy to ensure third-party validation consistently reinforces our positioning and narrative.
  • Leverage AI agents and advanced automation to analyze sentiment, monitor domain presence, identify gaps, and scale execution.
  • Translate third-party signals into insights that inform messaging, launches, competitive strategy, and executive reporting.
  • Experiment with how large language models interpret third-party content and optimize for visibility within AI-generated recommendations and answers.
What You Bring
  • 5–8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Customer Advocacy within B2B SaaS, ideally supporting GTM, AI, or data-driven platforms.
  • Proven end-to-end ownership of online reviews and third-party brand presence across platforms such as G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, Gartner Peer Insights, and similar ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of how third-party domains, reviews, and customer validation influence SEO, AI Optimization (AIO), buyer trust, and AI-driven discovery.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools or agents to analyze qualitative feedback, surface insights, or automate workflows at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer sentiment and third-party signals into measurable business outcomes, with comfort building or contributing to dashboards and executive reporting.
  • Experience creating and activating customer proof assets across sales enablement, web experiences, and demand generation channels.
  • Track record of influencing and partnering cross-functionally with Brand, SEO, Product, Communications, and Sales without direct authority.
  • Strategic mindset paired with strong execution skills, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
Why It Matters

This role is a rare opportunity to shape how ZoomInfo is trusted, discovered, and recommended by both buyers and AI systems, using customer voice and third-party validation as a true growth engine. You’ll invent the future of how LLMs interpret credibility and influence, while owning a highly visible, measurable program that directly impacts brand perception and business outcomes

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
