You are a progressive-minded quality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. With a strong technical aptitude, you are passionate about the intersection of regulated industries and digital innovation. You have a keen interest in integrating diverse data sources to create real-time visibility into quality processes, moving away from manual tracking toward automated, data-driven systems. You are motivated by the challenge of evolving an organization’s Quality Management System to foster innovation, and you take pride in finding creative, efficient solutions that support both internal technical teams and external customer needs.


What skills do I need?

  • Spearheaded QMS Improvement Initiatives: Proven ability to leverage a deep understanding of Quality Management Systems to define and track key performance metrics, driving tangible improvements in quality outcomes.
  • Led or have been a part of Digital Transformation Efforts: Extensive experience with digital systems, specifically in supporting the successful rollout and adoption of new digital tools within a quality or manufacturing environment.
  • Navigated Regulated Environments: Direct experience applying quality standards and practices within highly regulated sectors such as Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Med Device) or Aerospace & Defense, including familiarity with regulations like GDPR.
  • Applied Risk Management Frameworks: Practical experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure compliance and product quality.
  • Validation Management: Direct experience developing validation plans for digital solutions.
  • Implemented Security Controls: Hands-on experience in the practical application and maintenance of security controls relevant to quality and manufacturing systems.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4-6+ years of experience in quality systems management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Ownership: Own and manage individual QMS processes (Internal Audit, Customer Audit, Training, Quality Event, CAPA management) and ensure their ongoing compliance and continuous improvement cross functionally
  • Vendor Management: Lead the vendor management process, working with IT, Procurement, and Infrastructure to find creative solutions for technical gaps
  • Customer Interaction: Lead quality and validation-related discussions with incoming and existing customers, adapting standard messaging to specific customer scenarios
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Support, and Technical Operations to achieve quality goals without overburdening the system
  • Digital QMS Evolution: Support the further deployment and growth of our digital QMS through library app creation and automated validation efforts

The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range posted, actual compensation will be determined depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge & skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, market compensation data, and internal equity. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per year.
