As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Launches, you will be responsible for the commercial success of our products. You will lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products and features. This role is critical to translating our product innovation into market momentum and revenue growth across all of our target segments.
What You'll Accomplish
- Own the go-to-market (GTM) launch process, creating and managing cross-functional plans to ensure successful, high-impact releases.
- Develop clear and compelling product messaging and positioning for new features that resonate with our target personas.
- Develop a specific enablement strategy and playbook to support our sales motion for multiple SKUs, helping sales drive upsell revenue.
- Partner with sales leadership to assess the ongoing needs of the revenue team, identifying and addressing knowledge or skill gaps.
- Establish and track key metrics for launches to measure their effectiveness and business impact.
What We're Looking For
- You have 7+ years of product marketing experience in legaltech or B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
- You are deeply empathetic to the needs of sales teams and have a passion for creating tools and training that help them win.
- You are an exceptional project manager, capable of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and keeping teams aligned and on schedule.
- You possess a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you can have a foundational impact.
- You are a clear and compelling communicator, able to translate technical product details into business value for customers and internal teams.
