Job Overview

The Product Marketing Manager for Fintech and Marketplace segments will develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth for Socure’s solutions in these dynamic markets. This role partners closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans tailored to the unique needs of fintech and marketplace customers.

The PMM leads market research, supports product launches, and ensures alignment between product capabilities and customer needs, with a specific focus on digital identity, onboarding, fraud prevention, and compliance solutions for fintechs and marketplaces.

As the PMM for Fintech and Marketplaces, you won't just market products; you will be the strategic architect helping the world’s most innovative companies solve their biggest challenges: trust, fraud, and frictionless growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Socure’s solutions for fintech and marketplace customers.

  • Lead the charge on high-impact launches. You aren’t just hitting "send" on an email; you are orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure our innovations land with a splash and drive immediate pipeline.Serve as the "Voice of the Market." You’ll dive deep into the competitive landscape of digital identity and compliance, ensuring our roadmap stays two steps ahead of industry shifts.

  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across channels.

  • Turn our sales team into experts. You’ll create the "battle cards," pitch decks, and training that help our account executives win in the complex ecosystem.

  • Track and analyze product and campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Develop customer-facing content, including case studies, blog posts, and product collateral, highlighting the impact of Socure’s solutions in fintech and marketplace environments.

  • Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform product improvements and marketing initiatives.

  • Develop thought-leadership content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) that establishes Socure as the definitive expert in marketplaces and fintechs.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience marketing to fintech and/or marketplace customers.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

  • Project management and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Deep understanding of product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.

  • Collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with digital identity, fraud prevention, or compliance solutions is a plus.

  • Experience marketing to FinTechs and/or Marketplace customers is a must.
