The Position:

GameChanger is a product-driven business where your decisions and contributions will help millions of athletes, coaches, and fans. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll help define the user experience at GameChanger and partner with teams such as strategy, design, engineering, marketing, and business development. You will report to one of our Product Management Directors.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategy: Work with partners across the business to define a strategy for GameChanger's products and processes that meet our goals and improve our customer experience.

  • Roadmap: Create a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and tooling based on customer needs, market analysis, and industry trends.

  • Product development: Manage end-to-end product development, from brainstorming through launch and support

  • Analytics: Define and track important metrics to measure product performance and guide future work.

  • Launch fast and iterate often with a talented team of engineers and designers.

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of experience managing technology products, with a focus on mobile or consumer products.

  • Demonstrated experience building large-scale projects and experience building relationships, influencing, and inspiring all levels across the organization.

  • Experienced with communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners.

  • Experienced with data-informed decision-making to help push products forward.

  • Demonstrated ability considering and communicating tradeoffs between business and user needs.

The target salary range for this position is between $160,00 and $180,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.
