Our cloud-based platform, StudyTeam, brings research site workflows online and enables sites, sponsors, and other key stakeholders to work together more effectively. StudyTeam is trusted by the largest global biopharmaceutical companies, used in over 6,000 research sites, and is available in over 100 countries. Join us in our mission to advance clinical research and improve patient care.

One mission. One team. That’s OneStudyTeam.

Join our team as an exceptional Senior Product Manager, championing a key product area in a growing health technology company where agility and initiative are paramount. You'll contribute to a culture of smart, resourceful, and empathetic problem-solvers and make a tangible impact.

What You’ll Be Working On:
  • This role is focused on driving the success of products that can meaningfully transform the clinical trial industry. We need a leader to build, launch, and scale impactful products in a fast-moving landscape, comfortable charting a course through evolving priorities and defining the path forward.
  • You'll dive deep into complex problems, collaborating to create innovative solutions and turn good ideas into great products. While we value humility and curiosity in approaching the unknown, strong judgment for trade-offs, decisive action in ambiguity, and informed risk-taking are essential.
  • Your responsibilities extend beyond development to empowering Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. This includes tracking adoption, identifying improvements, and strategically fostering growth in a dynamic market.
What You’ll Bring to OneStudyTeam:
  • Experience: 6+ years in product management, ideally in tech.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, adept at navigating ambiguity. A proactive self-starter, comfortable forging solutions in uncharted territory.
  • Curiosity: A rapid, avid learner, inquisitive about the market, competition, customers, and strategy; driven to understand underlying problems.
  • Bias for Action: Value speed and decisive, intelligent risk-taking over excessive analysis.
  • Impact-Driven: Consistently deliver meaningful results, focusing on business outcomes. Own product success, align teams, and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Empathy: Deeply internalize customer challenges, passionate about creating solutions they love.
  • Excellent Communication: An active listener who communicates with clarity, conciseness, and impact (written and verbal). Excel at simplifying complexity and can confidently present to executive leadership.

We value diversity and believe the unique contributions each of us brings drives our success. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, religion, color, national origin, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
