Senior Product Manager (RCM)Less complexity. Better Care.

At Videa, we help dental clinicians deliver better care to millions of patients through AI.

Oral health is health. Dentists are protectors of societal wellness. We build technology that enhances the moment of care, amplifies clinical expertise, and makes proactive oral healthcare the norm.

Thousands of clinicians rely on Videa every day. Your work here will be reflected in real practice, improving real patient outcomes. If you want to build something that matters, keep reading.

The Role

You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Videa's suite of RCM products. Your job is to translate complex dental insurance workflows, CDT coding rules, and payer/clearinghouse integrations into scalable software that improves both claim acceptance and patient care. The mission: build a platform that minimizes claim denials, accelerates provider reimbursement, and automates manual clinical and administrative workflows so dentists and their teams can get back to what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the RCM roadmap. Set strategy and priorities across the RCM product suite, from idea to execution, balancing denial reduction, reimbursement speed, and workflow automation against a clear set of outcomes

  • Translate domain complexity into product. Turn dental insurance rules, CDT coding logic, eligibility and claims workflows into intuitive, scalable features that clinicians and administrators actually want to use.

  • Prototype with AI, not just specs. Use Claude and Videa's AI tooling to build clickable prototypes and test concepts with real users before committing engineering time compressing spec-to-prototype cycles from weeks to days.

  • Pressure-test feasibility fast. Partner with engineering to quickly assess technical feasibility by prototyping against real workflows and data, so trade-offs are understood early and efficiently.

Your work will not sit in a slide deck. It will show up chairside.

What You’ll Bring

  • Product/Project Management Experience: 3+ years of agile software development experience, ideally managing SaaS, FinTech, or HealthTech products.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze product usage metrics, drop-off in the billing funnel, and algorithmic accuracy for automated coding features.

  • Integrations Expertise: ability to effectively manage partnerships, integrations and co-development approaches to deliver scalable and durable value

  • AI-native posture: highly skilled using tools like Claude Code and Claude design to rapidly prototype, validate and ship customer experiences for validation

Bonus Points
  • Domain experience in dental billing, electronic claims submission, clearinghouse workflows, or dental insurance adjudication.

  • Experience building or scaling automated revenue cycle tools, medical billing platforms, or payment gateways.

  • Familiarity with machine learning or AI models

  • Other experience in healthcare, dental, AI, or regulated environments

What It Is Like to Work Here

We win and lose together as one team. Collaboration is not a buzzword here. We share context early, ask for input, and step in to help when someone is stuck.

We hold a high bar, but we stay grounded. We move fast, learn as we go, and stay focused on what matters most for clinicians and patients.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • 100 percent company-paid dental and vision coverage

  • The opportunity to work on AI that is actually used every day

  • A team of thoughtful, driven people who genuinely care

Do Not Meet Every Requirement
