The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent Senior Product Manager to lead the development of healthcare interoperability solutions. This role will focus on building intelligent, API-driven products that leverage HL7 and FHIR standards to enable seamless data exchange across the healthcare ecosystem.

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for interoperability solutions using HL7 and FHIR standards.
• Translate complex business and clinical requirements into intelligent workflows and autonomous product capabilities.
• Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with strategic goals and user needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate outcomes, refine models, and continuously improve product performance.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies, product demos, and enablement materials for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of AI-driven features.

Desired Work Experience

5 to 7 years

Desired Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience of HL7 v2/v3, FHIR APIs, and healthcare data exchange protocols.
• Proven experience delivering products in Agile and DevOps environments.
• An understanding of agentic AI principles, including autonomous decision-making, reasoning, and goal-directed behavior.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product strategy through data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating both business and technical domains, with a passion for solving complex problems in healthcare.
• This position pays between $100,600 - $192,900 based on experience
