RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take ownership of key company metrics related to member account security, login and access conversion rates, usage rates of login controls, and other relevant indicators that report up to the executive team.

  • Set a product strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals for your product area and team.

  • Manage end-user experiences, including login across mobile, web, and API.

  • Balance security with user experience for a product worn and utilized daily across the globe.

  • Collaborate with Engineers and Analysts to break down and prioritize user needs, and to scope and define detailed product requirements.

  • Collect and analyze internal and external customer needs and feedback through rigorous research and testing methodologies.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to formulate compelling business cases for new product ideas and to assess the performance of launched features.

  • Develop and manage relationships with third-party suppliers, vendors, and services to ensure smooth operations.

  • Facilitate product discovery, development, and delivery for new products and improvements across mobile and back-end infrastructure.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Software, Information security, Finance, Marketing, Growth, and other departments to drive business strategy and integration of critical workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in Product Management with a clear record of successful delivery and impact collaborating with a highly technical engineering team.

  • Deep analytical skills and a bias for data driven decision making.

  • Experience with SQL/Amplitude/Sigma for data analysis is a plus (and will be required to learn on the job).

  • Experience with AI tools to drive productivity and data analysis.

  • Experience working with security teams and translating security requirements to product deliveries.

  • Experience working on subscription products, within a DTC company/team, and/or on both mobile and web products is preferred.

  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver business impact.

  • Curiosity led and willingness to learn and grow in a fast paced environment.
