Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
Role Overview
As Senior Product Manager on the Loom Enterprise team, you are on a mission to make Loom the trusted video system of record for the enterprise segment. Your customers are end-users at our largest Atlassian customers, and enterprise admins and decision makers. You will build AI-first features that allow enterprise users to effectively discover, consume, and distribute video content.
This is a highly cross-functional role and you'll collaborate closely with your counterparts in Design and Engineering, as well as with Marketing, Support, Success, and Sales. To help our teams work together, you must be located between PST and EST.
What You'll Do
  • Own vision and roadmap for end-user functionality for Loom Enterprise.
  • Ship and iterate on the product vision, including end-user features and Enterprise administrator controls.
  • Engage regularly with enterprise customers to develop a deep understanding of our users.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to AI and the enterprise segment, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation within Loom.
  • Work across product, engineering, sales, design, data, research, and marketing to define and ship the roadmap.
  • Set team goals and north star metrics that align with Loom's mission and drive maximum impact on our users and business.

Your Background
  • 6+ years of product management experience (at least 2 of which involve Enterprise segment experience)
  • You have experience building high-quality, AI-first products with design and engineering teams
  • You have a working knowledge of technical systems in order to understand engineering-driven prioritization trade-offs
  • You're customer-driven, with a willingness to get into the weeds
  • You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • You make things happen. You manage ambiguity and complexity affecting many stakeholders in an organized and structured way

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $164,700 - $215,025
Zone B: $148,500 - $193,875
Zone C: $136,800 - $178,600
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
