About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Integrations, driving how Higharc connects to the broader ecosystem of homebuilding technology—from ERPs and CRMs to partner systems. This role will shape the data and workflow infrastructure that enables builders to operate seamlessly across Higharc and their existing systems.
You’ll define how Higharc integrates with critical business applications, design scalable data exchange patterns, and ensure these integrations deliver measurable operational value to our customers. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with business understanding and thrives on solving complex workflow problems that cross system boundaries.
Higharc is fully remote; this role can sit anywhere in the continental U.S.
What You’ll DoOwn and drive the product roadmap for integrations between Higharc and key systems such as ERPs, CRMs, and partner data platforms—from vision to launch.
Partner with builders, integration partners, and internal teams to understand data flows, dependencies, and business objectives.
Lead product discovery to identify the highest-value integration opportunities that accelerate customer ROI and adoption.
Translate business and technical needs into integration requirements, API designs, and workflow specifications.
Partner with internal stakeholders to create SOPs and reusable templates that streamline integrations and drive standardization across customers.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to deliver reliable, scalable integrations that enhance user workflows.
Define integration success metrics focused on reliability, performance, adoption, and business impact.
Build a deep understanding of partner and customer systems to inform strategic ecosystem alignment and future product opportunities.
You are passionate about connecting complex systems to create smoother, more intelligent workflows. You understand how data moves through organizations and believe great integrations can unlock new efficiency, visibility, and business value.
You thrive at the intersection of technical systems thinking and customer problem-solving—balancing architecture, user experience, and strategic business needs.
You also have:
5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
Proven experience owning API, data, or system integration products end-to-end.
Strong understanding of business systems such as ERP and CRM systems.
Ability to partner deeply with engineers, architects, and technical customers to design scalable integration solutions.
Excellent communication and documentation skills—able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, middleware, and ETL tools.
Technical literacy with data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and API testing tools.
A background or strong personal interest in homebuilding, operations, or design technology.
