The Opportunity

Mindbody is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Experience to shape the platform capabilities that enable multi-location and franchise businesses to operate as a connected network.

In this role, you will own the foundational infrastructure that determines how studios within a multi-location organization relate, synchronize, and operate as one business. This includes cross-studio data relationships, site-to-site navigation, inherited permissions, and the financial machinery behind franchise fees, reciprocity fees, and cross-studio revenue transfers.

The ideal candidate has built multi-location hierarchies and behaviors for a B2B SaaS platform and understands the complexity beneath seemingly simple enterprise experiences. You are comfortable working with deep data models, transactional systems, and legacy architecture—and you know how to modernize critical platform capabilities without disrupting the businesses that depend on them.

The Role You’ll Play
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Mindbody’s core multi-studio platform capabilities.
  • Define how locations within enterprise and franchise networks are modeled, connected, and managed across the platform.
  • Lead the evolution of cross-studio data relationships, synchronization rules, and inheritance models.
  • Build intuitive site-to-site navigation and corporate-facing experiences that help enterprise operators manage complex location networks.
  • Establish scalable cross-studio permissions and access-control models, including role inheritance, exceptions, and appropriate data boundaries.
  • Own the product requirements for financial workflows such as franchise-fee calculations, reciprocity fees, revenue splits, and cross-studio transfers.
  • Ensure financial and transactional capabilities are accurate, auditable, resilient, and designed to handle edge cases at enterprise scale.
  • Modernize legacy multi-location infrastructure in place, balancing platform improvement with migration risk, backward compatibility, and business continuity.
  • Develop thoughtful rollout, migration, and adoption strategies for changes affecting established enterprise customers.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to translate complex platform concepts into clear, usable customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Customer Experience, Payments, and other domain teams to align platform decisions with customer and operational needs.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to understand complex operating models, validate solutions, and communicate tradeoffs.
  • Define success metrics, monitor platform health, and use qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize investment.
  • Contribute to the squad’s north star: delivering the annual operating plan while achieving zero enterprise churn.
Scope of Ownership

This role owns the underlying multi-studio infrastructure and the corporate-facing tools built directly on it, including:

  • Multi-location and franchise hierarchy models
  • Cross-studio data relationships and synchronization
  • Site-to-site navigation
  • Cross-studio permissions and inheritance
  • Franchise and reciprocity fee calculations
  • Cross-studio revenue splits and transfers
  • Corporate experiences directly dependent on these platform capabilities

This role does not own:

  • Studio-level feature configuration
  • General-purpose corporate bulk-edit tooling
  • Domain-level cross-regional functionality owned by other product teams

You will work closely with the teams responsible for these adjacent areas to ensure the broader enterprise experience is coherent and scalable.

The Experience You Bring
  • 5-7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including ownership of complex platform or infrastructure capabilities.
  • Direct experience building products for multi-location, franchise, or distributed enterprise businesses.
  • Demonstrated experience designing multi-location hierarchies, parent-child relationships, shared data models, or network-level behaviors.
  • Strong understanding of complex data models, including relationships, synchronization, inheritance, overrides, and permissions.
  • Experience with financial or transactional systems in which calculation accuracy, reconciliation, auditability, and data integrity are critical.
  • Familiarity with fee calculations, revenue sharing, payment allocation, ledger-like workflows, or comparable financial machinery.
  • A track record of modernizing legacy systems while managing migrations, backward compatibility, operational risk, and customer disruption.
  • Experience developing platform capabilities that support both internal product teams and customer-facing workflows.
  • Strong enterprise stakeholder management skills, particularly across Solutions Architecture, Customer Experience, Payments, Engineering, and customer-facing teams.
  • Ability to translate technically complex systems into clear product decisions, requirements, and customer value.
  • Excellent judgment when balancing long-term platform architecture against near-term customer and business needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to align technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • A highly analytical approach, paired with comfort operating in ambiguous and operationally sensitive problem spaces.
What Will Set You Apart
  • You have personally built or scaled multi-location hierarchies and behaviors for another B2B software platform.
  • You understand how franchise and enterprise operating models differ—and how those differences affect data ownership, permissions, money movement, and user experience.
  • You have worked on systems involving inherited configuration, synchronization across entities, exception handling, or complex access controls.
  • You have experience partnering with payments or finance teams on high-integrity transactional workflows.
  • You can move confidently between platform architecture, enterprise customer conversations, operational processes, and executive-level strategy.
  • You anticipate migration and adoption risks early rather than treating them as downstream implementation concerns.
