Join us as we work to create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all.

The Collector Platform Zone team builds foundational capabilities that enable the broader Collector organization to design and deliver workflows at scale. Acting as the central hub of the revenue cycle platform, we work with a diverse set of stakeholders—including customers, internal service teams, BPO partners, and other Collector zones—to solve complex healthcare business problems and improve revenue cycle outcomes. Our vision is to equip teams to deliver seamless user experiences with transparency and configurability at the core, while our mission is to empower practice managers, billing specialists, and product teams to work with clarity and efficiency. By providing actionable insights, prioritized task management, contextual collaboration, and a robust configuration ecosystem, we ensure that every workflow built on the platform drives scale, transparency, and measurable impact.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and prioritize top product optimization opportunities sourced from users and internal customers to maximize product value.

  • Collaborate closely with UX, architecture, and engineering leadership to envision and design future state platform capabilities.

  • Act as the voice of internal customers, communicating needs and opportunities, supporting resolution of escalations, and helping to prioritize the product vision.

  • Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap that outlines the approach to achieve desired outcomes, balancing build versus buy decisions, and ensuring alignment with long-term portfolio strategy.

  • Build and sustain cooperative relationships with key internal leaders, peers, third-party vendors, and contributors to ensure clear communication and timely escalation paths.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform product direction and strategy.

  • Support internal product operations and developer communications to enhance change management and product adoption.

  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations regarding product status, strategies, and outcomes.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product management best practices.

Expected Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant disciplines; advanced degree preferred.

  • 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in product management or related roles demonstrating mastery of senior management skills.

  • Strong proficiency in driving business outcomes through technology platforms, including OKR development and measurement.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams including UX, architecture, engineering, and release management.

  • Experience managing complex product roadmaps and prioritizing competing demands.

  • Skilled in stakeholder influence without direct authority and effective communication with executives.

Expected Compensation

$141,000 - $239,000

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
