Key Duties
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders and end users to ensure solutions address business needs.
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal business systems.
  • Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while managing timelines, dependencies, risks, priorities, and trade-offs.
  • Apply AI throughout the product lifecycle, including research synthesis, requirements development, user-story creation, prototyping, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.
  • Champion AI adoption by testing emerging tools, sharing effective practices, and identifying opportunities to embed AI and automation into business systems.
  • Lead work across discovery, process design, user experience, data, solution design, delivery, launch, and adoption.
  • Evaluate current business processes and design scalable future-state processes that support multiple products and business units.
  • Translate business needs into actionable requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, prototypes, and wireframes.
  • Partner with development teams and implementation partners to deliver system configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Define success metrics, measure outcomes, encourage adoption, and communicate value to leadership.
  • Mentor peers and serve as a subject matter expert on internal workflows and product management best practices.
Education/Training
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent of six years of experience in a product management position.
Required Work Experience/Skills
  • At least six years of product management experience, including leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at a senior level in a software or technology-focused environment.
  • A demonstrated record of using AI tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot, in daily product work to improve the speed and quality of discovery, analysis, documentation, and communication.
  • Experience using AI to prototype, automate, or build solutions through tools such as AI agents, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or other AI prototyping platforms.
  • The ability to build trust with and influence a broad group of stakeholders, including senior leaders, without direct authority.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives while balancing strategic thinking and tactical execution in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Strong product management skills across discovery, prioritization, requirements development, delivery, launch, and outcome measurement.
  • Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • An understanding of systems integration, data mapping, and process optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex topics clearly to executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications such as Sales, Customer Service, or Project Operations. Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is also valued.
  • Experience consolidating or migrating multiple products or business units onto a common enterprise platform.
  • Experience delivering AI-powered capabilities within enterprise business systems.
  • Working knowledge of data and analytics tools such as Power BI or SQL.
  • An Agile or product management certification, such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or a certification from Pragmatic Institute.
Work Environment and Location
  • This position may be performed from a RedSail office or an approved remote workspace. Daily work requires the use of Microsoft Teams, a computer, a printer, and other standard office equipment.
