Lead the automations roadmap for a B2B AI platform: define priorities, run customer discovery, prototype with AI, partner with engineering/design/analytics, maintain backlog, and iterate to ship reliable enterprise automation features.

MacPaw is a leading Ukrainian software company with a thriving US presence, and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team behind Leebry, a B2B AI platform at an early, fast-moving stage of product development.

Leebry connects the tools enterprise teams already live in — Confluence, Slack, Jira, GitHub, Okta, and more — and turns them into a single intelligent layer that answers questions and automates repetitive IT requests: access provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and the hundreds of small workflows that eat up IT teams' time every day.

As a Senior PM, you'll own the automations roadmap — the part of the product that makes Leebry act, not just answer. You'll drive it from early MVP to polished product, working closely with a small and sharp team of engineers and designers. The role is high-impact and deeply cross-functional: you'll spend as much time shaping engineering direction as you will talking to customers.

If you're excited to build AI automation that enterprise teams can actually trust with real workflows, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the automations roadmap end-to-end: priorities, readiness, reliability, research, and growth trajectory.
  • Run customer development — dig past surface-level requests to uncover real problems and turn them into clear, actionable use cases.
  • Use AI tools and rapid prototyping to shrink the gap between idea and shipped feature — the faster you move, the more you get to build.
  • Partner with design, analytics, and marketing to define user flows, copy, analytics events, and edge cases.
  • Communicate decisions with exceptional clarity to engineering, design, and stakeholders — turning ambiguity into direction.
  • Groom and maintain a fully understood backlog: initiatives, insights, tasks — aligned with engineering and design.
  • Iterate rapidly based on market and customer signal, committing to decisions.

Skills you'll need to bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience shaping and shipping products
  • Proven ability to move fast: you can show concrete examples of compressing timelines, building MVPs, or unblocking engineering through better product clarity.
  • Strong working knowledge of web products — you understand how front end and back end connect, and you can speak the language of engineers building complex systems.
  • Deep, practical AI fluency — you use frontier models daily, have built something real with them, and understand how models differ, what their limitations are, and how to apply them in a product context.
  • Data-driven decision-making: you find and use data to make decisions, source it yourself when none exists, and change course when evidence says you're wrong.
  • A track record of taking products from zero to shipped — not just defining what to build, but making it happen.
  • At least Upper-Intermediate (B2) English.

As a plus:

  • Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise tooling.
  • Experience in early-stage startup environments or as a founder.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, IT automation, or agentic AI workflows.

This full-time position requires a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours. Occasional after-hours work may be necessary. The role is based in our Boston office, where your presence is required at least three days a week.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
