monday is at an inflection point: evolving from a single product into a multi-product, AI-powered platform. Your group will define the data foundation that makes that transformation possible.
As the Senior Product Group Lead for Data, you will define and own the next-generation data platform powering every monday.com product and every AI use case - at massive scale. You will lead a distributed group of PMs across Tel Aviv and London, partnering with engineering leadership and executive stakeholders to build the data foundation that serves hundreds of internal teams and millions of users.

About The Role
- Own and build the data platform strategy - defining how data is modeled, structured, enriched, versioned, and exposed through APIs to ensure consistency, resilience, and scalability across all monday services.
- Lead and grow a high-performing distributed product team (Tel Aviv + London), fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, innovation, and excellence.
- Remove data bottlenecks so product teams ship faster - turn data into a product that allows product teams to leverage platform data without reinventing infrastructure, accelerating innovation.
- Ensure data integrity at scale - design the platform capabilities that preserve consistency, accuracy, and clarity of meaning across billions of records - so monday data remains reliable, trusted, and usable as the company scales.
- Gather insights from peer product managers, customer requirements, and market trends to prioritize the most impactful improvements to the data layer.
- Align executives around platform investments - partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align platform investments with business priorities and drive product adoption and measurable impact.
- Prioritize ruthlessly - separating what is technically interesting from what materially moves the business.

Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years leading product teams.
- 7+ years in engineering/data/data science roles
- Proven experience in building large-scale, distributed data systems.
- Strong executive communication skills - able to articulate strategy, explain the rationale of product decisions, influence stakeholders, and lead without consensus.
- Data-driven decision maker with strong platform-thinking mindset and ability to build a platform roadmap aligned to business goals.
- Analytical and experienced in working both with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions.
- Entrepreneurial ownership - self-directed, comfortable making decisions in ambiguity, fast learner, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
