This role sits at the intersection of AI, automation, and revenue. You will design and ship intelligent agents and scalable workflows that directly influence pipeline growth, qualification quality, and revenue performance.

- High ownership mindset and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
- 2+ years building and operating GTM, RevOps, Growth, or AI-driven systems in a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with APIs, CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and workflow orchestration tools such as n8n or similar
- Experience designing and shipping LLM-based workflows in production, including prompt engineering, agent logic, monitoring, and optimization
- Experience with voice AI systems such as ElevenLabs or similar is a strong advantage
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to translate complex GTM strategy into scalable technical infrastructure
