Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience, with some team or project leadership experience.
  • Strong full-stack background, with a focus on building consumer products
  • Proven track record shipping production-grade applications, ideally in AI, Web3, or fintech
  • Experience with breaking down complex projects and guiding a team to successfully deliver them

We’re a polyglot team and value engineers who can navigate across boundaries. You are not expected to be an expert in every area and you’ll be working closely with our Protocol Engineering and SRE teams but it helps to understand the tools we use. Our core stack includes:

  • Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, Redux Toolkit, GraphQL, tRPC, Ethers.js
  • Smart Contracts: Solidity, Foundry/Hardhat, Rust
  • Backend / Infra: Go, Rust, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Others: Github Projects
