Description

Join Revive Media—a remote-first, tech-enabled advertising company helping local and eCommerce brands plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across every major channel, including CTV, Programmatic, and Amazon DSP. We’re evolving from a media services agency into a hybrid AdTech partner with a proprietary platform that gives advertisers and channel partners more transparency, efficiency, and control. Our tools streamline media buying and drive better performance across the board.

We're searching for our first full-time UX Product Designer, someone who’s hungry to shape Revive’s UX design foundation. You’ll set design standards, establish processes, and make a real impact on our platforms and customers—from strategy to pixel-perfect execution in Figma.

We’re a close-knit, high-performing team working asynchronously across North America, Europe, and Asia. We believe in autonomy, deep collaboration, and building tools that make a real impact. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, value empathy and ownership, and want to help shape the future of local advertising—come build with us.
What You’ll Do

Design Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and own our design vision and standards, shaping the future of Revive’s internal platform and eventual external product
  • Establish design processes and tools—creating playbooks and workflows that scale with our team
  • Collaborate on product strategy, roadmap planning, and user advocacy sessions

Hands-On UX & UI Design

  • Design end-to-end experiences in Figma: wireframes, prototypes, flows, and high-fidelity interfaces
  • Establish user research practices—workshops, interviews, usability testing—and use insights to iterate designs
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system that aligns with brand and accessibility standards

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with product managers, engineering, data, and internal users to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive solutions
  • Act as a design ambassador, guiding stakeholders through UX thinking and advocating for user-centered decisions

Mentorship & Culture

  • Be the first voice in design—mentoring future designers and fostering a culture of design excellence
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and best practices—and keep the team inspired

What to Expect in Your First 90 Days
Month 1: Immerse yourself in our platform, tools, and process. Conduct user interviews and shadow users to uncover biggest pain points.
Month 2: Partner with a Sr. PM to design and deliver your first features. Begin establishing clear UX process for new feature launches.
Month 3 Establish roadmap ownership and collaborate on roadmap for next 3-6 months.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of UX/Product design experience in SaaS or B2B, with a strong portfolio showcasing both strategic systems thinking and hands-on design
  • Ability to wear both strategic and execution hats: you’re just as comfortable architecting workflows as you are designing UI
  • Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with building and evolving design systems
  • Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design iterations—whether through guerrilla testing or formal studies
  • Strong communication skills: able to align teammates, lead critiques, and advocate for users
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, early-stage environments—solving ambiguity with initiative and grit
Benefits
  • 100% healthcare coverage for employees, 50% for dependents (medical, dental, vision)
  • Flexible remote work, including a home office stipend, internet reimbursement, and wellness stipend
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 3-day weekend every month
  • Monthly coffee or tea subscription

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
