The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of our core platform experience, the connective tissue that powers every workflow across our clinical platform. As a member of the Care Delivery Experience team, you’ll lead design efforts on foundational systems that support everything from secure access to scalable data infrastructure and fraud prevention.
This is a high-impact role that combines systems thinking, interaction design, and collaboration across multiple product teams. You’ll have the opportunity to design elegant, scalable solutions that improve clinical efficiency, strengthen our infrastructure, and help thousands of practitioners focus more on care and less on complexity.
As our platform continues to scale, your work will directly influence how we enable faster development cycles, unlock new product capabilities, and ensure every clinician experience is seamless, secure, and future-ready.
Responsibilities- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to design and deliver user-centered solutions for our EHR platform and small business tools
- Create and iterate on information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
- Develop and maintain consistent design patterns and guidelines across our products
- Write clear, concise, and user-friendly content for product interfaces and user journeys
- Advocate for user needs and balance them with business objectives
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the Experience Design team
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years of product design experience in a product or design-focused tech company.
- Proficient in Figma
- Strong foundation in UI and interaction design, with special attention to detail
- Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple design concepts
- Capable of time management and meeting deadlines
- A creative thinker who has lots of ideas and sees solutions when most would not
- A portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving, innovative solutions and clean visual aesthetic
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, strong work ethic, sense of urgency and accountability
Base Compensation Range
$146,000 - $178,000 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
