We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.

With 2,500+ employees across the globe, we grow through transparency, collaboration, and a culture that values impact over hours. We support our people with flexible work, wellness benefits, and a strong sense of ownership and initiative.

Now, we’re expanding our presence in London and building a world-class product analytics team. This is your opportunity to become a foundational team member and lead product analytics for our Growth group— one of the most strategically critical areas of the company.

As a Senior/Lead Product Analyst, you’ll own the data and analytics strategy for the retention and one other team. You will be driving insights that shape the future of our products. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to solve high-impact, ambiguous problems, and influence product strategy through clear, actionable insights. This is a highly strategic role. The work of our retention team will directly impact one of Monday's key OKR’s for next year. If you are looking for high impact role in the spotlight this could be a great opportunity.

Join us to play a pivotal role in shaping monday.com’s data culture in London, while driving measurable impact on our products at a global scale.

Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).

  • 8+ years of experience in product analytics, ideally in fast-paced, data-rich environments.
  • Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems in loosely defined problem spaces.
  • Highly independent and self-directed — you know how to set your own priorities and deliver results without needing a detailed brief.
  • Strong SQL skills — you can slice and dice large datasets with ease.
  • Fluent in data storytelling, with excellent communication skills to influence non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and product intuition — you lead with data, think in numbers, and translate analysis into clear, strategic insights that drive product decisions
  • Track record of defining, tracking, and evolving product metrics and KPIs that guide meaningful decisions.
  • Comfortable gathering requirements on the fly and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience applying AI/ML techniques in analytics or product experimentation.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analysis and modeling.
  • Background in strategy or consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar) with a strong analytical and business focus.

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Opportunity to join a well-funded, proven company with big ambitions and potential, competitive salary, bonus and equity incentive program.
  • Private healthcare insurance with Vitality.
  • 50GBP/month towards a ClassPass membership.
  • Buffet breakfast and lunch offered at the office from Monday to Thursday.
  • Fully dedicated learning and development team that provides opportunities for our employees to hone and gain new skills.
  • Fun team events, socials and offsites.
  • Amazing company culture that values transparency and collaboration while never forgetting to have fun while we work! We've been named "Best Place to Work" in the UK.
  • A global, dynamic and passionate environment with employees in Tel Aviv, New York, San Francisco, Miami, Chicago, Denver, London, Kiev, Sydney, São Paulo, and Tokyo.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
