The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering or an operational optimization role with software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) or medical imaging products.
- Lean and/or Six Sigma experience.
- Strong eye for optimization and a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and compliance.
- This role is on-site, based out of our office in Boston, MA. We operate in a hybrid model with regular in-office collaboration.
- The anticipated base salary range for this position at Elucid is $135,00-$165,000. Compensation will be influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity, job-related knowledge, skills, education, relevant experience, certifications, and geography as outlined in the job description.
