Are you ready to help power the global quality of life? Join Enverus, and be a part of creating a brighter, more sustainable tomorrow.

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Owner to Senior Product Manager to join the Enverus AI team, focused on Enverus ONE. This role will be filled at one of three levels depending on the candidate’s experience and scope of ownership.
This role sits within the Enverus AI team and is focused on Enverus ONE. Given the rapid pace of innovation in generative AI and agentic product development, responsibilities within this team are intentionally fluid — the team adapts its focus as the technology landscape and customer needs evolve. The person in this role should be energized, not unsettled, by that reality.
That said, the primary and defining responsibility of this role is clear: taking Builder from internal capability to externally shipped product and owning the Innovation Hub as Enverus ONE’s front door for net-new capabilities. Builder is the platform’s core creation environment — the surface where flows, applications, and agents are built. The Innovation Hub is where experimental capabilities are surfaced, tested, and graduated. Together, they represent where Enverus ONE is going.
This is a role for someone who is hands-on by nature, fast by habit, and innovative by instinct. The best candidate is already experimenting with generative AI tools, already thinking about what should ship next, and already comfortable making calls in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. Whether at the Senior PO, PM, or Senior PM level, this person is a builder who ships.
Performance Objectives
  • Builder Productization: Drive the Builder application from internal-use capability toward externally shipped product. At the Senior PO level, this means owning backlog execution and sprint-level delivery. At the PM level, this means driving day-to-day roadmap execution and cross-team coordination. At the Senior PM level, this means defining the commercialization strategy, access model, packaging, and go-to-market readiness criteria.
  • Innovation Hub Ownership: Own the Innovation Hub surface within Enverus ONE — the curated entry point for experimental capabilities, Labs graduates, and emerging platform features. Manage the pipeline of what gets surfaced, how it’s organized, and when experiments graduate to the core product.
  • Hands-On Product Engagement: Get directly into the Builder and Innovation Hub. Test generative AI workflows, use Claude Code and other AI development tools, validate features personally, and provide grounded product direction based on real usage. This is non-negotiable at every level.
  • Backlog & Sprint Execution: Maintain a clean, prioritized backlog. Write development-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Participate actively in all agile ceremonies. Keep the team moving with urgency and clarity. At the Senior PO and PM levels, this is the primary operational responsibility. At the Senior PM level, this is delegated but closely governed.
  • Labs & Experimentation: Contribute to or govern Enverus Labs initiatives tied to the Innovation Hub. Design experiments, run tests, document learnings, and make clear decisions about what graduates to the core roadmap and what gets retired.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Interface with AI engineering, platform teams, data strategy, and commercial stakeholders to ensure Builder and Innovation Hub work is integrated with broader Enverus ONE development. Surface blockers, dependencies, and integration opportunities proactively.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes for Builder and Innovation Hub to leadership, product peers, and commercial teams. Translate complex technical capabilities into clear product narratives. The Senior PM level carries executive-facing communication responsibility; PM and Senior PO levels communicate within the product and engineering organization.
  • Team Development: At the Senior PM level, manage and develop the PM and Senior PO on the Builder & Innovation Hub team. Set expectations, provide coaching, and ensure the team operates with speed, quality, and autonomy.
Competitive Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of successful product commercialization
  • Builder Mentality: Gets into the product, not just the backlog. Tests things personally, breaks things intentionally, and contributes real product insight from direct usage. Finds personal satisfaction in shipping something new.
  • Generative AI Fluency: Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent), and AI-native development workflows. Comfortable evaluating, testing, and improving AI-powered product experiences. At the Senior PM level, able to direct AI product strategy based on firsthand tool fluency.
  • Bias for Speed: Ships fast in ambiguous environments. Does not wait for perfect conditions — builds, tests, learns, and iterates. Keeps the team unblocked and drives toward shipped.
  • Product Commercialization Instinct: Understands the distance between a working prototype and a shippable product — and knows how to close it. At the Senior PM level, has taken internal or early-stage products to market before.
  • Backlog & Pipeline Discipline: Despite the exploratory nature of the work, maintains rigorous backlog hygiene. Requirements are clear, experiments are tracked, stories are well-formed, and sprints run with intent.
  • Hands-On Technical Engagement: Comfortable working directly with engineers, reading technical specs, testing integrations, and operating in development and QA environments. Not a pure requirements-writer — an active product participant.
  • Communication & Storytelling: Crisp, structured communicator who can translate messy, frontier-stage work into compelling product narratives. At the Senior PM level, able to present to executive leadership and external customers with credibility.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Works effectively across teams, pods, and functions without needing formal authority. Builds relationships and maintains alignment through consistent, reliable follow-through.
  • Ownership Mentality: Treats the backlog, the sprint, and the delivery outcome as their personal responsibility. Does not wait to be told — identifies what needs doing and does it.
