About the Role

As a Senior Pre-Sale Solution Consultant, Channel, you’ll serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to our prospective and existing customers—some of the largest financial institutions, fintech innovators, and gaming platforms in the world. You’ll help them fight fraud and unlock access by demonstrating the power of Socure’s identity verification and fraud prevention solutions.

This role blends product expertise, consultative selling, and technical strategy. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Customer Success to ensure clients understand the value of our solutions and experience a seamless technical journey from evaluation through adoption.

The Opportunity

You’ll work alongside sharp, fast-moving teammates and have real influence across Sales, Product, and Data Science. This is a chance to deepen your expertise in identity and fraud while shaping how we win in the market.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead technical strategy across channel sales cycles

  • Run discovery, solutioning, workshops, and POCs

  • Deliver compelling, data-driven demos and recommendations

  • Translate complex solutions into clear business value

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and feasibility

  • Act as a domain expert in identity, fraud, and compliance

What You Bring
  • 6+ years in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical advisory roles

  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales (data/ML platforms preferred)

  • Strong technical foundation (APIs, cloud, data systems, ML concepts)

  • Expertise in fraud, risk, or compliance in regulated industries

  • Ability to influence both technical and executive audiences

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Signs This Is You
  • You take ownership of the technical win—end to end

  • You prepare deeply and don’t get caught off guard

  • You translate complexity into clarity

  • You ask hard questions and welcome direct feedback

  • You act like an owner and focus on outcomes

  • You collaborate and elevate the team around you

  • You sweat the details because they drive results

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
