Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Gather and refine reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Translate business questions into analytical solutions.
  • Present findings and insights to business leaders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Mentor junior Power BI developers and participate in code reviews.

Data Governance & Documentation

  • Maintain documentation for semantic models, DAX calculations, and report logic.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to governance standards, data quality, and security policies.
  • Participate in deployment pipelines for Power BI artifacts (Dev → UAT → Prod) using tools like Azure DevOps or Git.

What You Bring To The Table – Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in BI/report development, including at least 3+ years with Power BI.

  • Advanced proficiency in T-SQL, DAX, Power Query (M language), and complex data transformations.
  • Strong understanding of Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Fact/Dimension modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI Service, Gateways, and Workspace management.
