Description

At Qodo, we’re building an AI code review platform that helps developers move fast, ship with confidence, and improve code quality across the software development lifecycle through deep, scalable codebase understanding.

We’re looking for a bold, thoughtful, and highly hands-on Senior People & Talent Partner to join our global People team and serve as a key People presence in Boston.

Reporting to the VP People, you’ll partner closely with leaders and managers across the US and Israel. This is a builder role that combines strategic People partnership, full-cycle US recruiting, program ownership, and operational excellence. We’re looking for someone with the judgment to lead independently, the curiosity to keep learning, and the ambition to help define what an AI-native People function can look like.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with US managers on organizational design, hiring, performance, employee relations, and building high-performing teams.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for US-based roles, with a focus on attracting and closing exceptional, values-aligned talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role outcomes, build structured scorecards, create sourcing strategies, run effective interview processes.
  • Use recruiting data to identify funnel bottlenecks, improve decision quality, and create a strong and consistent candidate experience.
  • Design and lead impactful People programs, including onboarding, manager enablement, performance and development, and engagement-survey action planning.
  • Ensure smooth and compliant US People operations across HRIS data, benefits, leave management, payroll coordination, and the employee lifecycle.
  • Build an AI-native People function by identifying, implementing, and measuring AI and automation opportunities across HR and recruiting workflows.

How We’ll Measure Success

  • Hiring: A predictable and effective US hiring engine, with strong funnel health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, candidate experience, and hiring-manager satisfaction.
  • Team effectiveness: Managers receive timely, practical coaching and feel equipped to hire, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
  • Operational excellence: People data, benefits, payroll inputs, leave processes, and employee-lifecycle changes are accurate, timely, and well coordinated.
  • AI leverage: High-impact HR and recruiting workflows are automated or redesigned, with measurable improvements in cycle time, adoption, or hours saved.
  • One global culture: People programs strengthen collaboration and connection across the company, with progress reflected in participation and qualitative feedback.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience across People Partner and Talent Acquisition roles in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment, including hands-on ownership of both manager partnership and full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proven success hiring GTM talent in the US, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Engineering roles.
  • Practical knowledge of US employment practices, multi-state compliance, benefits, leave management, and employee-lifecycle operations.
  • Strong interest in AI and automation, with the ability to identify practical use cases, test solutions, and measure their impact.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust across functions, geographies, and time zones.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage strategic and operational workstreams simultaneously.
  • Based in the Boston area and able to work from our Boston office two to three days per week.
  • Advantage: Experience supporting globally distributed teams or working in B2B SaaS, AI, or developer tools.

For this position at Qodo, we offer:

  • Stock options: All Qodo team members are eligible for stock options, reflecting our belief in shared ownership and long-term growth.
  • Health benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for employees and their dependents, with company contributions toward premiums.
  • 401(k): Access to Qodo’s 401(k) plan.
  • Commuter allowance: Team members who travel to the office at least twice per week receive support toward eligible commuting costs.
  • Paid time off: 23 vacation days annually.
