We support businesses looking to grow their service offerings while also empowering technicians to leverage their skills on their own terms. Our mission is to help the service delivery industry do great work, and we live that mission by doing great work for the companies and service professionals that depend on us.

This is a hybrid role, reporting into our downtown Minneapolis office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and working from home on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Why this role is important to Field Nation:

At Field Nation, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We know that when employees feel supported, engaged, and empowered, amazing things happen. That’s where you come in! As a Senior People Operations Generalist, you’ll be the mastermind behind smooth benefits administration, rock-solid compliance, and meaningful employee engagement – helping to create an outstanding workplace experience in our fast-growing, high-performing, dynamic company.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Own Benefits Administration: Be the go-to expert for all things benefits! Manage health, wellness, and retirement programs while ensuring our employees fully understand and maximize their options.
  • Drive Employee Engagement: Lead company-wide engagement initiatives, surveys, and events to keep our teams connected, motivated, and excited to be part of Field Nation.
  • Champion Compliance and Policies: Keep us on the right side of employment laws by managing leave policies, staying ahead of HR regulations, and ensuring our handbook is always up to date to reflect changing regulations and organizational needs in the 16+ states we are in.
  • Be a People Partner: Gather employee feedback, enhance onboarding experiences, and create strategies that make Field Nation an even better place to work!

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have multi-state HR experience, ensuring compliance and consistency across different locations.
  • Love digging into HR systems and making processes more efficient.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, can adapt quickly, and are comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Are passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience and building strong relationships.
  • Have a sharp eye for detail and compliance, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks!

Why we think you'll love it here:

  • Unlimited paid time off
  • Annual vacation bonus - yes, we’ll pay you a bonus to take paid time off!
  • Individualized growth and development plans
  • Strong values around work/life balance
  • Community involvement opportunities
  • Competitive benefits: medical, dental, vision, paid parental leave & 401k
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies to solve meaningful problems

Come as you are:

At Field Nation, we believe work is about more than checking the right boxes.  If you don’t meet 100% of the requirements for this role, but still feel you’d be a good fit, we want to hear from you!  We review all applications and may even have another open position where you are the perfect fit.

Employment is contingent on passing a pre-employment background check.  Your written consent will be obtained prior to a background check being performed.
