We’re looking for an experienced Senior People Analyst to join our People & Culture Analytics and Insights team. You will be based in San Jose, CA and go into the office 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) or be remote in the United States. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of People Analytics, you will be responsible for:

  • Support a global strategy team to deliver business intelligence across People & Culture (Human Resources) functions, partners, and business customers.
  • Help transform the P&C organization into a data-driven and insight-led culture.
  • Help those inside and outside of P&C to make high-quality decisions about the workforce's future and company growth.
  • Be a company-wide specialist in workforce planning analysis, such as growth and retention analysis be a specialist in recruiting analytics, such as pipeline health and hiring quality.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of experience in People Analytics or a similar field.
  • Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis, such as regression and random forest.
  • Experience consulting with internal or external Human Resources or Talent Acquisition professionals.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Masters degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
  • Present facts and recommendations.
  • Proficient in R or Python.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$105,000$150,000 USD
