We're looking for a highly motivated and strategic Senior Partnerships Manager to lead and expand our partner relationships. This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key partnerships that drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and business expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner management, business development, and strategic alliances.

How you'll shape the future of B2B sales
- Proactively qualify & recruit new partners, and provide support to existing partners across North America
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful execution.
- Manage deal registrations, lead sharing, forecast and pipeline with the partners
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations) to align partnership initiatives with company goals.
- Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of partnerships, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation.
- Generate new revenue through current and new partners
Requirements
Here's what we need from you
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
